Functioning:

With BELKI Paper band filters it is possible to clean process fluids with a high percentage of wastes.

A paper filter is placed in a roll, from which the filter canvas is automatically drawn out over the conveyer belt, which forms the filtering surface. Process fluids with content of solids are automatically lead on the filter vlies.
The liquids run through into a container under the equipment. The solid particles remain on the paper band.
A gear motor will pull out new filter canvas. The pulling action is triggered by a float, which is mounted over the filtering surface. When the level of particles on the band is too high (which means that the paper filter is clogged) a pulse is sent to the gear motor, which will pull out a new filter canvas. The clogged paper filter is lead to a dispose bin.
